We are looking for a sales and marketing assistant who will work with the sales and marketing director to
develop the Par Excellence business in New York predominantly (New York city and the Hamptons) but
also in the US more generally. We are looking for a marketing profile, with a specialization in luxury.
You will be working in a start-up environment. You should be able to work in the USA, we don’t sponsorize any VISA.
THE MISSIONS
- Receive and analyze client’s specifications & inquiries
- Schedule appointments with meeting to discuss the project/specifications
- Social Media Marketing, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Mailchimp
- Engage in strategic planning to help grow the companies awareness on the market
- Managing the website and creating new content (including Newsletter)
- Work with analytics to do monthly reports regarding Social Media
- Help to introduce and creating PR in terms of campaigns and newsletter outreach
- Organize events to promote the brand (Panel Discussions, Exhibitions with great Interior Designers, Cocktails)
REQUIREMENTS
- Enrolled in business management and specialized in marketing studies in a luxury field
- Experiences with CMS and Social Media Account Management
- Very good level of written and spoken English
- French knowledge is a plus
- You have a deep interest in Art and Design
- You have an open and communicative personality
- You are flexible and adaptable to fit a start-up environment
